Planning
We develop and work on shop drawings and manufacturing listers with specialized software.
Robotic Cutting and Welding
Our production is made through robotic cutting of and welding mecanisms, while working with the most rigorous quality standards.
The cutting machine uses a plasma system to cut the pipe, this allows holes to be made in the pipe.
The automatic welding equipment could weld ½ ”– 3” threaded outlets and 1¼ ”– 4” grooved outlets on 1¼ ”to 8" pipe; outlets can be welded in position: top, bottom, right or left.
Testing Process
Once the cutting and welding process is completed, the piece is cleaned together with a visual inspection.
Then a penetrating liquid tests is applied to each weld, to rule out the existence of any imperfection in the seam.
Electrostatic Painting
Once the manufacturing process is finished, the painting stage continues, where the pipes are initially cleaned through a sandblast process.
Then, the pipes are transferred to the cabin where 4 layers of electrostatic paint are applied, completely covering the pipe.
The thickness of the paint layer on painted pipe is between 2 to 3 mils.
Finished product
We work aligned with the most rigorous quality standards and use UL/FM listed and approved materials.
